5 Hair Masks Rich In Protein

How much would you say you take care of your hair? Most of us only remember to give our hair extra care when we see the first signs of split ends or dandruff. Still, using protein-rich hair masks is always a good idea.

Hair is mainly made up of keratin, a protein rich in sulfur . There are several external factors that gradually deteriorate the hair strands:

  • First, in a container, place the two ingredients and mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
  • Apply to your hair, previously detangled and washed.
  • Leave on for 12 minutes and rinse with plenty of water.

3. Coconut milk mask

  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (60 g)

  • Next, apply to your hair from root to tip.
  • Leave on for 1 hour and rinse with plenty of water.

4. Avocado mask

Ingredients

  • 1 egg.
  • ¼ ripe avocado.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (32 g).

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients to form a consistent paste.
  • Next, apply to your hair from root to tip and leave for 45 minutes.

5. Gelatin mask

After using any of these masks, it is important that you rinse your hair with plenty of water (preferably warm or cold) to remove any possible excess product.
