You should know that to use peppermint essential oil you have to dilute or dissolve it in water (hot or cold). This dilution must be done because it is very strong or you must use a single drop in the case of massages. Avoid using it if your skin is sensitive.  It is also not recommended for babies, older adults or children under 12 years of age.
