  • Oil for frying (sufficient quantity).
  • Salt, pepper and dried parsley to taste.
  • 1 pinch of sweet paprika.

Preparation mode

  1. We start by peeling and cleaning our onions. Then, we remove its limbs and make cross cuts to obtain 3 equal parts (between 1 cm and 1.5 cm thick).
  2. We separate the rings from the onions and reserve them while preparing the ingredients for the breading.
  3. We beat the eggs, salt, parsley and pepper well.
  4. Now, we cut the cheese slices into thin strips (approximately one centimeter thick).

  • 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce (15 grams).
  • A slice of sliced ​​bread without the peel.
  • 1 teaspoon (five grams) of mustard.
  • Salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
  • Wheat flour (sufficient quantity).
  • Breadcrumbs (sufficient quantity).
  • Oil in sufficient quantity to fry.

Preparation mode
