A relaxing bath with peppermint oil and hot water not only relaxes the muscles but also the mind.  Add two drops of peppermint essential oil, 4 drops of geranium and another 4 of lavender to the hot bath water. You should know that to use peppermint essential oil you have to dilute or dissolve it in water (hot or cold). This dilution must be done because it is very strong or you must use a single drop in the case of massages. Avoid using it if your skin is sensitive.  It is also not recommended for babies, older adults or children under 12 years of age.
