Ingredients for 4 people

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 150 gr. trimmed green beans
  • 8 small red potatoes, quartered
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  • Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large baking dish. Arrange the lemon slices in a single layer in the bottom of the pan.

  • Bake for 50 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the baking dish. Put the green beans and potatoes back in the oven for 10 more minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

How to Serve Lemon Chicken with Green Beans
